He is just too good and exceeds terribly more than any other support champion.He makes bad ad carrys who cant even lasthit properly stand out and manages to feed tham.However the complaints are getting from lower elo players.
The thing is that even if blitz fails 10 hooks or grabs on his lane and does one solidly ,he still can feed his carry because he has a ton of burst for a suport champion.Especially early game,blitz can alone nuke the enemy for half of his health which is ridicoulus.
The most important tip on how to play against blitz is always be aware and always stand behind your minions,if u dont do that you will probably have a really hard time playing against him.
Or if u play ranked and u know you have trouble with him ,ban him or ask your firstpick to ban him.
